organizations within Liberty Bank's service area. Emphasis is on providing
basic needs to families and individuals of low income, especially at-risk
children and families in crisis.

funds of colleges, universities or hospitals; trips, tours, or
conferences; scientific or medical research; deficit spending or debt

Geographic limitations:
Middlesex and New London Counties, as well as the towns of Cheshire,
Mansfield, Marlborough, North Haven, Wallingford, and Windham.
