2009 Health Leadership Fellows Program

 
The Connecticut Health Foundation (CHF), the state’s largest independent,  nonprofit grantmaking foundation dedicated to improving the health status of the  people of Connecticut, especially the underserved, is pleased to announce the call for nominations for the 2009 Health Leadership Program. Now in its fourth year, the Health Leadership Fellows Program is designed to foster, support and promote a generation of leaders committed to eliminating racial and ethnic health disparities in Connecticut. The program will accept up to 20 Connecticut residents to participate in the one-year program to increase their  leadership knowledge and skills in order to better advocate and lead effective health strategies that will improve the health and well-being of those vulnerable to racial and ethnic health disparities.

The deadline for applications is May 2, 2008.
