Grantseeker Resources

As part of the Council’s mission, to promote effective philanthropy, we seek to enhance the grantmaker/grantseeker relationship. In addition to Dialogue With Donor gatherings where grantmakers and grantseekers come together to share information, we provide information and resources including a searchable database of over 1700 funders in Connecticut – Connecticut Grantmakers Online (CGO), tips for organizing a nonprofit organization and tips for fund raising. We also publish reports on Major and Capital Campaigns in Connecticut and a compilation of holiday donation and volunteer needs of nonprofit organizations serving families and children – Holiday Wish List.
