Promote Your Work, Promote Philanthropy!

The Council has opportunities to promote and publicize the good works of its members and illustrate the power of philanthropy in Connecticut to:

  • our statewide legislators during a State Legislative Breakfast
  • peers at the Council's Connecticut Philanthropy Summit
  • the community at large through our new website
  • in the Connecticut Philanthropy Digest

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Our Request: Send us your stories and pictures that:

  • Show your involvement in the community
  • Show the value of your philanthropic leadership/partnership
  • Highlight your particular areas of interest.

Stories: This could be in the form of a press release or an article/story that you have already produced for your own newsletter or website.

Photographs: Send one to six photos (high resolution, digital, preferred) representative of your organization’s grantmaking involvement. Photos will be assembled into a collective presentation at the Connecticut Philanthropy Summit.

Provide a brief description of each photo identifying:

  • The organization
  • The grantee and those who benefit
  • The grantee activities supported by your organization
  • A description of the funding focus and achievements/goals of the work
