Representatives of member organizations who share similar areas of focus, meet to learn and discuss issues that may lead to improved grantmaking, collaboration, possible joint action, and advocacy. These groups are led by chairs and vice chairs from the membership.

The Early Childhood Funder Collaborative is a project of the Connecticut Council for Philanthropy for which the Council serves as fiscal agent and manager. The Collaborative comprises 14 funders from around the state who bring many years of experience in supporting and operating programs that serve the needs of children and families.
The Workforce Affinity Group is a network of CCP members interested or investing in the area of workforce development and related systems. The group will come together to examine philanthropy's role in strengthening and supporting a workforce system that can benefit employers, workers, youth, families and communities across the state.
