Nonprofits Receive $79,045 in Late June Grants

TORRINGTON, CT -- The Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation has made awards to 21 area nonprofit organizations, totaling more than $79,045 during its second grant cycle of 2017. The Community Foundation awards discretionary grants to northwest Connecticut charities three times a year: early spring, late June and late fall.

Draper Foundation Fund Provides $665,565 in Support of Area Nonprofits

TORRINGTON, CT -- The Draper Foundation Fund, a fund of the Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation, recently awarded area nonprofits $665,565. The Fund awarded $546,750 to 19 designated nonprofits and $118,815 in donor-advised grants to nonprofits that provide essential programs and services for residents of Northwest Connecticut.

Women & Girls’ Fund Hosting Lunch & Learn
