Will it be safe for me to vote this November?

Will everyone be able to vote by mail?

How can we be sure that ALL voters get ballots?

Can we be sure that all ballots will be tracked and counted?

These and other questions will be explored in our Universal Health Care Foundation of Connecticut's third online discussion, The 2020 Election: Will we all be heard? on June 24 at noon.

This online discussion will feature Denise Merrill and Gemeem Davis, who will explore the mechanics and intricacies of voting during a pandemic. The conversation will cover voter suppression, safe voting, and ensuring that all votes are counted.

Denise Merrill is serving her third term as Connecticut's Secretary of the State. Gemeem Davis is the co-director of Bridgeport Generation Now, a grassroots action network that works to strengthen civic engagement.

This webinar is graciously sponsored by the William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund and the Donaghue Foundation.
