When charitable giving is discussed, it is typically assumed to be only financial: donations, bequests, endowments. But communities of color have always given substantially in more relational ways: time, support, and guidance. In celebration of Black History Month, join Alexis Bivens, Jennyfer Holmes, and Billy Johnson to discuss what giving means to them, who inspired them to give, and how do they instill the spirit of giving for the next generation.

This program is being hosted by the Council’s Philanthropy Professionals of Color Network, is open to all CCP members, and will be presented as a webinar. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions through Zoom’s Q&A feature.
