For staff and trustees of CCP member organizations and their grantees

Learn how grant-makers and grant seekers can advance their conversation and practice around evaluation and measuring impact. The core content will explore the following questions:

  • How should we think about evaluation as mission-driven organizations?

  • How should organizations set goals and assess outcomes to achieve success?

  • What relationships and capacity are necessary for evaluation that is meaningful?

  • How should funders invest in or be part of evaluation efforts?

  • Understand the value of formative evaluation and how it can be used together by grant makers and grant seekers to think about their impact

  • Develop an understanding about the importance of Mission Time

  • Contribute to the discussion of how grantmakers and grantseekers can effectively think about and work toward assessing impacts of their work.
