As the year winds down, the performance review season springs into action. Performance reviews can be cause for anxiety for many people. You may not have gotten much feedback in the lead up to the review, or you may feel you've plateaued in your role. Situations vary, but one thing is certain, performance reviews don't have to be dreaded.

The next Foundation Administrator Network meeting will focus on exploring the performance review process, goal-setting, and developing self-advocacy tools for tricky situations.
