Plan to attend this meeting to connect with peers and participate in the conversation in a confidential setting. The gathering is open to any Council members who have responsibility for foundation administration and operations - whether you are from a large foundation with many staff members or someone running a one-or-two person office.
The focus of the discussion will be team building and work-life balance issues as they relate to your current practices and employee benefits policies. Participants are encouraged to contribute to this learning environment and peer exchange. There will also be ample time to share news from in and around your foundation world.
