Presented by CCP and The Giving Practice

If the new normal is virtual meetings, how can we do them really well? And maybe even better than in person?

Join us for a virtual meeting on virtual meetings. We’ll walk through ideas and practical tips to help you make the most of these opportunities, including clarifying your intention, beginning and finishing well, maximizing participation, making technology your friend, and things you can do to make virtual just as good as in person—or maybe even better.

Come prepared to ask questions, share experiences, and have fun.

PRESENTERS

Mark Sedway and Ted Lord are both senior partners with The Giving Practice, a national consultancy for foundations and philanthropy-serving organizations. We use a rigorous, generative and joyful process to help our clients find solutions that last. Ted is the author of Powerhouse Convening, a TGP guide to designing and facilitating group conversation, planning and action. Mark is working with CCP on strategic planning as we speak. Much of our work is done through virtual meetings, and we’ve learned a lot about how to make them work.
