PROGRAM

The Center for Effective Philanthropy’s recent Benchmarking Program Officer Roles and Responsibilities, found that 60% of the Program Officers surveyed said that if they had more time they would spend it “learning more about and/or [focus on] developing relationships with the grantees they support.”

This finding will be the catalyst for a presentation by CEP and a candid conversation about the relationships between funders and grantees and how foundation staff can work towards more effective relationships.
