Talent Philanthropy Project is a national initiative that aims to support funders and fundraisers in increasing the quantity and quality of investments in a diverse, high-performing and sustainable nonprofit workforce. The Project, which is housed at Community Partners, is supported by American Express, Annie E. Casey Foundation, Kresge Foundation, David and Lucile Packard Foundation, and Rockefeller Brothers Fund. Rusty Stahl, President and CEO of Talent Philanthropy Project, founded the Project to help build the people-powered social sector of the future. Stahl also serves as a Visiting Fellow in Residence at New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Previously, Rusty served as Founder and Executive Director of Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy (EPIP), a funder affinity group of young and new grantmakers and related leaders.
