HARTFORD, C T -- On Wednesday, ten groups from small and midsize cities across Connecticut gathering at Real Art Ways in Hartford to mark the first step of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston's Working Cities Challenge Connecticut. The Fed has awarded $15,000 for each city's project, from 16 cities that were eligible. A smaller number of winners will receive more than $300,000 to advance their projects.
