NEW CANAAN, CT -- Diane Sierpina, director of justice initiative for The Tow Foundation celebrates the progress of Connecticut's juvenile justice efforts over the last 10 years, and shares information about the barriers for improved outcomes for youth with high needs and high risk of breaking the law. This includes recent research and focus group feedback from the Connecticut Juvenile Justice Alliance’s Justice Advisors, young adults personally impacted by the juvenile justice system.
