Governor Lamont to Discuss State Budget Proposal

HARTFORD, CT -- There will be a closer look at tolls Thursday as Governor Ned Lamont is expected to further discuss his state budget plan. Governor Lamont will speak at the Connecticut Council for Philanthropy Forum in Hartford on Thursday morning.
