ROCKY HILL, CT -- The state Department of Children and Families will partner with families, youths, communities and experts to develop a plan to improve mental health services for children. In developing the strategy, DCF will work with the Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut a subsidiary of the Children's Fund of Connecticut. Funding for the project will come from the state and other sources, including the Connecticut Health Foundation.
