In 2013, The Hartford and the United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut partnered with The Harwood Institute for Public Innovation to engage people living and working in Asylum Hill in a series of community conversations. These discussions revealed the desire for a safer, more connected community.
In an effort to increase this connectedness, The Hartford has planned several new activities over the coming months, including the free concerts.
