Public Service Executive Leadership Collaborative Inaugural Workshops Announced

HARTFORD, CT -- The Connecticut Council for Philanthropy has joined with the University of Connecticut Department of Public Policy and eleven other Connecticut public and nonprofit sector associations as a Partner Organization of the Public Service Executive Leadership Collaborative.

As a Partner Organization, employees and grantees of the Connecticut Council for Philanthropy members and their grantees receive substantial discounts to attend full-day and half-day public service professional development workshops of their choice in a shared learning environment with public sector and nonprofit professionals.

The workshops for December – May have been announced. CCP members and their grantees can register now and receive the discounted rate. Flyers may be downloaded for distribution.

The first full-day workshop is Friday, December 7, 2018: Performance Measurement: Getting Started and Advanced Toolkits for Towns and Nonprofits with Lyle Wray, Executive Director of the Capitol Region Council of Governments and Ron Schack, Principal of the Charter Oak Group.
