Tuesday, November 5, 2019

HARTFORD, CT -- Travelers is pleased to announce that Erin Haberman has been promoted to Senior Director, Community Relations, Travelers; and Second Vice President, Travelers Foundation, effective immediately.

Since joining the Community Relations team in 2014, Erin has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring opportunity through our corporate giving programs. She has been instrumental in shaping our fortified building partnerships with nonprofit organizations and has taken the lead in developing key relationships with disaster response organizations, such as Team Rubicon and SBP.

Locally, Erin has taken an increasingly visible role in the Hartford Community to help spur collaboration and innovation to improve educational opportunities for Hartford’s youth. She serves as co-chair of the All-In Coalition, designed to strengthen the homegrown talent pipeline in the city, and the Hartford Data Collaborative, an effort to create a shared data infrastructure that facilitates data sharing, integration and analysis to optimize services and outcomes for Hartford youth. In addition, Erin serves on the boards of directors for Hartford Promise and the Connecticut Center for School Change.

Erin will continue to manage giving and employee volunteerism in Connecticut and to lead community resilience and safety work.
