Ulysses B. Hammond Named To Chelsea Groton Bank Board

GROTON, CT -- "Retired Connecticut College vice president and former D.C. Court System executive officer Ulysses B. Hammond was named to the Chelsea Groton Bank's Board of Trustees. A former bank corporator and Chesea Groton Bank Foundation board member, Hammond has spent nearly three decades in public service at all levels of government.
