MIDDLETOWN, CT -- The Rockfall Foundation is seeking nominations for the 2019 Environmental Champion Awards through July 22. American Savings Foundation Grants to Go to 14 New Britain Youth Programs
NEW BRITAIN - The American Savings Foundation has selected 14 city-based youth programs to receive more than $562,000 in grants. Recipients were chosen based on their contributions to providing positive youth development experiences in and out of school. More than 8,000 students will benefit from the programs during the coming school year, according to a release.

100 Day Challenge Works to End Youth Homelessness in Bristol Region
BRISTOL - The City of Bristol will be participating the 100 Day Challenge, sponsored by the Central Coordinated Access Network. The 100 Day Challenge is backed by the Partnership for Strong Communities, a statewide nonprofit policy and advocacy organization dedicated to ending homelessness, expanding affordable housing, and building strong communities in Connecticut.
