Connecticut Community Foundation's Women' Giving Circle has opted to lean more about how poverty impacts women and girls in Connecticut. To better understand how families have been effected by poverty over time, Emily Byrne will join us to talk about her experience as executive director of Connecticut Voices for Children.
A potluck meal will be shared. Please indicate if you can contribute an appetizer, dessert or beverage. Monetary donations to defray food and venue costs are also welcome.
This event is open to current and prospective Women's Giving Circle members. Please invite a friend!
