NEW BRITAIN, CT -- The American Savings Foundation announced the recipients of the Robert T. Kenney Scholarship Monday morning. With college students facing extra stress as they navigate the college process during a pandemic, ASF has awarded 107 local students a new scholarship that may help make the financial cost less of a concern.
