HARTFORD, CT -- The Connecticut Higher Education Supplemental Loan Authority (CHESLA) has set a May 10 deadline for college-bound pupils and those seeking health and manufacturing certifications to apply for scholarships. CHESLA has also announced that its 2019-2020 scholarship program now includes a new focus on health and manufacturing certificate programs. CHESLA is an arm of the Connecticut Health and Education Facilities Authority (CHEFA).
