CCP Cancellation Policy

The Connecticut Council for Philanthropy (CCP) reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any program (including workshops and events) due to inclement weather or unforeseen situations. In such cases, if a registration fee has been paid, registrants will receive a full refund.

If a member has registered to attend and is unable to participate, CCP requests to be notified so that someone else may participate.

If a registration fee is required for attendance, a cancellation date will be published online in the event listing and in the registration confirmation notice. If a registered participant is unable to attend, the participant must notify CCP on or before the specified cancellation date in order to receive a refund.
