HARTFORD, CT -- The philanthropic arm of Hartford health insurer Aetna on Thursday announced it will donate $500,000 to the Boys & Girls Club (BGHH) of Hartford to promote healthy living. Funding from the Aetna Foundation, an independent charitable affiliate of Rhode Island-based CVS Health Corp., will be awarded to BGHH over the next five years to ramp-up programs aimed at preventing underage substance abuse of alcohol, tobacco and vaping products and improving the overall health of youth.

Family-Farm Program Expands
NEW HAVEN, CT -- New Haven Farms will expand its incubator farm program this growing season to include locations in the Fair Haven and Hill neighborhoods, bringing an additional 25 families to the project.
