HARTFORD, CT -- The Hartford Foundation for Public Giving's new report, Greater Hartford Arts Landscape Study, paints a picture of the arts in Greater Hartford, a scene that’s both colorful and rocky. Jackie Coleman, Senior Education Investments Officer at Hartford Foundation, joins WNPR's Lydia Brown and Lucy Nalpathanchil, and others to consider efforts to better support the region’s artists.
