Fundamentals of Philanthropy is a five-part series that helps all working in philanthropy better understand the sector.

SESSION 4: Power and Your New Community: Identity, Roles, and Building Trust

What does it mean to work in philanthropy, and how do our professional roles impact our sense of identity, and vice versa? We’ll strengthen understanding of how we see our professional roles, ourselves within philanthropy, and the broader organizational system. Participants will explore elements of power dynamics and ways to be a mindful and productive partner with organizations and communities.
